INGREDIENTS:-
TOMATOES- 4
CHANA DAL- 4 Tablespoon
URAD DAL- 2 Tablespoon
RED CHILLIES- 2
GARLIC- 10 Piece
GINGER- 1 Inch
CURRY LEAVES
MUSTUARD SEEDS
OIL- 1 Tablespoon for tempering...
CUMIN SEEDS
TAMARIND
SALT TO TASTE
COOKING METHOD:-
1. Take four tomatoes cut roughly and then take a frying pan .
2. Then add 1 tablespoon oil heat it little bit , then Add a pinch of cumin seeds , curry leaves , garlic , inch of ginger, chana dal , urad dal , saute then for a minute don't let chana dal and urad dal burn then immediately add tomatoes to it.
3. Saute then till tomatoes turns mushy then add sugar, salt to taste, tamarind and saute then for a minute.
4. After your material is ready then cool it little bit and then blend it in mixer grinder to coarse then in paste (CHUTNEY)
5. Take the paste transfer it in the bowl and start preparing of tempering the chutney.
6. Add 1 tablespoon of Oil then add mustuards seeds let them totally flutter , then add curry leaves and you are done with it...
