 INGREDIENT:-

7-8 GREEN CHILLIES, SLIT

1 TABLESPOON ROASTED PEANUTS

1 TABLESPOON FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC

1 TEASPOON SUGAR

SALT TO TASTE.


COOKING METHOD:-

1. Put green chillies, peanuts, garlic , sugar ,salt in a mortar ( KHAL) and coarsely crush with pestle ( MOOSAL)
