INGREDIENTS:-
White Chocolate Compound- 2½ Block
Oreo Biscuit- 12 piece
Dark Chocolate- 1 Amul or any dark chocolate take 12 piece.
Milk- 2 Tablespoon
Sprinkle- Add any sprinkle as your wish.
COOKING METHOD:-
1. Blend Oreo Biscuit to coarse in powder.
2. Add Melted Dark Chocolate to Oreo Biscuit powder mix it well
3. Then add 2 tablespoon milk to make dough of it and set it for 10 minutes in refrigerator.
4. Mean while, Melt White Chocolate Compound in Microwave or use double boiling method to melt the chocolate.
5. Then take out the dough from refrigerator and make small balls with them.
6. Take Melted White Chocolate Dip your oreo balls into it and with help of folk to remove access chocolate.
7. After first coating set the balls in refrigerator for 5 to 7 minutes and then do the next coating.
8. Coat the balls nicely again and again until you reach your desire coating, and after last coating sprinkle some of your desire sprinkles as you like.
9. Keep the balls in refrigerator for 3- 4 hours to nicely settle it and then enjoy your truffles...
